Account Manager

This role oversees end-to-endfinancial operations across multiple companies and bank accounts, ensuring accurate cash management, compliance, payroll processing, reporting, and departmental support.

Key Responsibilities

Cash & Banking Management

Monitor daily cash flow across multiple accounts.

  • Approve ACH, checks, wires, and transfers.
  • Ensure adequate funds for all payments.
  • Handle bank deposits, statements, and reconciliations.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain books, process transactions, and reconcile accounts.

  • Prepare journal entries, month-end close, and financial reports.
